LOVING YOUR ORDER BUT SOMETHINGS NOT QUITE RIGHT? 

You have 30 days to return your items for free

We can accept returns or an exchange when:

• The products do not fit 
• They are in original condition (have not been worn, no makeup or stains, no pet hair, no deodorant marks, etc)
• If the items are damage/marked and not accepted for return/exchange, please note postage to return back to the buyer will be at the buyer's expense 
• You received the incorrect item or size
• The product is faulty
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
• Other
